• Processing 

Processing time Usually, we need 3-5 business days to prepare the items and there may be some delay during the shopping season.

We will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 10-15 business days depending on stock availability. We ship via DHL/FedEx, UPS or USPS. Please allow 10-15 business days in transit for delivery. Please note that days in transit begin on the next business day following shipping confirmation. • Back Order Policy

We try our best to keep in stock every model and enough colors for our loyal customers. If it happens that a “replica” product is out of stock, we will place it on back-order and e-mail you for back-order approval immediately. We will email you asking if you like to wait for the bag to be finished at our manufacturer which takes 15- 20 days , exchange, other color , different model or a REFUND.
